James Radcliffe

Focused on Personal Injury Law and Class Action Suits

A Belleville native with strong ties to his community, James Radcliffe has dedicated his career to defending the rights of his fellow citizens in St. Clair County—first as a servicemember in the U.S. Navy and now as an attorney in courtrooms across Missouri and Illinois.

James joined Cueto Law in 2020 as a personal injury attorney to fight for families left to deal with the fallout when corporations put profit before safety. Whether representing his clients in class action lawsuits against the failures of big pharma or fighting insurance companies to ensure victims are compensated following a preventable accident, James approaches every case with compassion for his client and unwavering perseverance for justice. Just as important, because he understands the stress victims face over the life of their case, he ensures he remains in constant communication with them to immediately address any concerns.

Prior to his law career, James served for two years in the Navy as a sonar technician stationed at Pearl Harbor. His love for the St. Louis region brought him back to the Midwest where he graduated cum laude from the Southern Illinois University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. After law school, he clerked for federal judges in the Southern District of Illinois, including David R. Herndon and Mark A. Beatty, as well as retired federal judge, G. Patrick Murphy, once he returned to private practice.
